Corvette represents what Corvette owning is all about, a fun-collector-
investment-driver car.We have been over every inch of this car in our shop
since its owner, Bill Maharis, bought it about 14 years ago. Bill's ownership
of this car can be sumarized as tweaking it for the next guy.
He spent little time driving it and much money improving it. He is now
into Porches seriously and told us to sell it. This is the kind of Corvette
that maintains and occasionally competitively shown.
RESTORATION: The restoration process was performed by one of the country's leading restoration shops in the Scottsdale area. The body was removed from the frame. All suspension components and exhaust were replaced. The engine and engine compartment were also refurbished. The frame was then painted and fitted back to the body. Many items on this car are still original and in excellent condition, revealing how good the car was prior to restoration. These items include chrome bumpers, grill area and door panels. OPTIONS: include power windows, convertible
top, removable hard top, wonderbar radio, heater, powerglide transmission
and heater. Engine is 327/300, all numbers match.
