Breakfast: a cup of white soy milk (no sugar) + a slice of whole wheat bread (or) skim milk + egg whites
Lunch: a couple of rice + a few veggies (water cooked is best)
Dinner: eat before 6pm. You can choose tomatoes, cucumbers, and cold vegetables.
The earlier the dinner time, the better, not more than 7:00 pm. 5 hours before bedtime, no water and no food.
